Vendors will pay a $20 fee per market, or a $160 season fee.
Vendors may begin set up at 7:30 am and must be out of the park by 2 pm. Contact us for exceptions.
Vendor applications are due 1 week before each market day.
Vendors must be farmers and/or independently owned small businesses.
The Cheney Farmers Market has event insurance, however individual vendor liabilities are not covered, so we recommend you have your own business insurance.
We are a volunteer-run organization, so don't worry if it takes a while to hear back on your application. During the market season, we should reply within 48 hours. During the off-season, we will often wait to review applications until our monthly association meetings.
